Process Oriented Vs. Results Oriented

Result oriented is giving relief immediately but the process oriented is taking more time then Result oriented. However the process oriented is good for both employee and employer if the healthy Process is set by the company.

Example: The allopathic and Homeopathic medicines are effective on the scale of time and deeper treatment of any dieses. You may also say that Results Oriented people focus more on the now although Process Oriented people attention more on the future.

So, what do you select?
Both have its penalties, both are two different tracks, and you can only pick one.

Morally:
Process is more important than the result.

Practically: Result is more important than the process you undertake to achieve it.
